Always assume the ticket needs to be handled in FreshDesk. 


If it's forwarded - the agreement to forward should be made within Fresh Connect. 

  • Then forward to 3rd party (or parties)
  • These emails can be lost in the general email inbox of the 3rd party. 
    • This is why the agreement is so important. 
  • Always follow up in FreshConnect.
