Vervante Shipping & Return Policy:

  • Prepaid Return Shipping: Vervante does not offer prepaid return shipping.
  • Return Order Fee: Vervante charges a $4.00 return fee per order.
    • Example: If 23 posters are returned in one box, the fee is $4.00.
    • If returned in multiple boxes, the fee is $4.00 per box.

  • Customer Return Protocol:

    1. Packaging:

      • The customer must package all returned items into one box to avoid multiple return fees.

    2. Shipping Responsibility:

      • The customer is responsible for the return shipping costs.
      • After shipping, the customer must confirm the shipment’s tracking number to Spinning Babies® (SpB) via Customer Service.

    3. Tracking Information:

      • Customer Service will forward the tracking information to Michelle, who will then update Vervante.

    4. Vervante Confirmation:

      • Vervante will send an email to the customer when they receive the return.
      • Michelle will confirm with Vervante that the returned merchandise was received in one box.

    5. Refund & Return Fee:

      • Once Vervante confirms receipt, SpB will process a refund to the customer for the items.
      • Note: SpB will not refund any shipping charges.
      • The $4.00 return fee will be applied, as described above.

  • Refund Process:

    • Refund Amount:

      • The total refund amount will be $________.
        (This amount can be retrieved from WooCommerce or Ontraport. Do not include shipping or local taxes in the refund, as these were expenses already incurred by SpB.)
