LMS Updates 3/20/24
Dear Trainers,
We are happy to share that the LMS has been updated with improvements to issues identified by you and our customers. This update was pushed to our live site on Wednesday, March 20. The updates are listed below.
Browse workshops page
Proximity Search: when a customer enters their address/location, the system will sort all workshops based on proximity to the entered location.
Multiple workshops at one location: the system will now show arrow icons so that customers can "scroll" through multiple workshops that are being offered at the same location, using the arrows on the pop-up. See screenshot.
Ticket registration invitation email
There is now only one hyperlink shared on this email - the Registration button, which brings the customer directly to the registration page. This change will hopefully prevent confusion for where to click to register. The hyperlink on the workshop title, bringing the customer to the workshop listing page, has been removed.
Private Ticket invitation link auto filling information
The private ticket invitation link will not autofill any information about the customer, so customers will enter their account details manually.
