Daily Essentials (plus translations)
Parent Class (plus portuguese translation)
Better Birth with Body Balancing
RSD (from before the online course)
A notice has been put on our Vimeo page to contact info@ if access to a purchased video is needed. We have had under 50 views on these videos in the last few months, from about 20 individual purchases, so there shouldn’t be a large response.
If a customer reaches out to receive access to a video after the migration, please do the following:
Add ‘vimeo’ tag in FreshDesk
Reassign agent as Stef
If the customer did not specify which purchase they made, send this message:
Thank you for reaching out! Our paid videos are no longer available on Vimeo.com but you’ll still be able to watch and download your purchase from our website. Please let us know which video(s) you purchased.
