The card being declined is happening due to her banking system flagging the purchase. Best to ask her to contact her bank to ensure that they are allowing purchases from Spinning Babies® or Maternity House Publishing, Inc to go through, otherwise this will keep happening. We are unable to do anything from our end to make a purchase go through if the bank has flagged it.
Once she contacts her bank and can confirm they have the correct allowances noted, we can retry the transaction or make a new one if it has passed into write-off.
