Course receipts are delivered automatically from an email address ending in ‘@stripe.com’ (may be in junk/spam) with the subject, “Your Maternity House Publishing, Inc. receipt.” 

  1. Where do I find the handouts for my course?

    While logged in, navigate to your home dashboard. Click on the course title. Scroll down to FILES

Handouts can also be found from within the course from the top bar navigation by hovering over FILES. 


  1. I bought a course extension but my course is still expired.

Extensions only apply to Resolving Shoulder Dystocia. Please wait at least one full business day after purchasing an extension for it to be applied to your account. After that, if your course is still expired, please contact stef@spinningbabies.com


  1. The video in my course has stopped playing.
