The Parent Materials are delivered through the Community Site module, and each email is entered by you.
If you did send an email from the community site to your parent(s), you can provide me with their name and email and I can check their contact log details to see if/when they received it. I can also share a screenshot of that with you so you can share it with your parent(s).
It's always important to first remind your parents to have check their spam folder, as sometimes these emails can land there.
