Is the auto pay credit card payment mandatory?
The hospital facility provides the recertification payments for the staff since they receive the certification and teach family education through the hospital.
I spoke to our manager who explained Ascension St. Vincent's is a Spinning Babies vendor.
The hospital is not comfortable providing a yearly autopay payment to be automatically charged. Please let us know how to proceed.

For further clarification, the Spinning Babies® Certified Parent Educator certification is per individual. The annual fee must be paid with credit card, and the license of the Spinning Babies® Certified Parent Educator is held by the individual and not the hospital. This leaves it up to you to have the hospital reimburse you.
