1. What are all of the options for the attendees? 

    1. Can they transfer their ticket? Yes to:

      1. Melbourne, Australia - November 13-16, 2021

      2. Sydney, Australia - February 12-15, 2022

  2. Are they getting automatic refunds? If they don’t respond to the typeform transfer options form with their preferences, they will automatically receive a full refund in 4 weeks.

  3. When do attendees/registrants need to communicate their preference for their attendance?

    1. 2 weeks after notification (Monday, Aug 30, 2021.)

  4. If they request a refund when will they be processed? 

    1. All requested refunds will begin to be refunded starting Tuesday, Aug 31, 2021.

      1. 2 weeks after the typeform transfer options form was sent out.

    2. Final refunds will begin on Tuesday, Sept 14, 2021.

  5. Who is eligible to request a full refund? 

    1. Everyone from this workshop is entitled to a full refund or a transfer at no extra cost until Aug. 30.

  6. If I don’t communicate my preference by Monday, Aug 30, 2021, what happens to my registration?

    1. Final refunds will begin on Tuesday, Sept 14, 2021.

  7. When will my transfer be processed?

    1. Immediately after the form is submitted.

  8. Will the original cancellation policy apply? Under what circumstances will the original cancellation policy apply?

Once transfer occurs, the standard cancellation policy will go into effect.
After 4 weeks, new cancellation dates and policy will apply (and after transfer or refunds have been processed from request form).
