Thank you for your patience as we finalize postponement details for the Spinning Babies® Certified Parent Educator Training in Boston, MA of April 2021. As promised, we would like to share with you the options for your Certified Parent Educator Training registration.
Please fill out the form below to indicate your preferences for your Certified Parent Educator Training registration. Please submit your response by March 31, 2021. You will be able to choose from the following:
Transfer your registration to Boston, MA on November 10-13, 2021
Transfer your registration to Minneapolis, MN on July 27-30, 2021
Transfer your registration to Washington, D.C. on November 2-5, 2021
Cancel and receive a refund for your registration for the Certified Parent Educator Training.
All action on requested transfers or refunds will be taken care of by Spinning Babies® office after March 31, 2021. You will have a guaranteed seat in any of the above-listed transfer options until that date.
Any registrants who do not respond to indicate their registration preferences will receive a refund for the amount they paid, and their registration will be cancelled.
Please do not submit your preferences via email; rather by using the form, it will ensure accuracy and timeliness in following through on your request.
You will receive confirmation of your requested registration change in an email sent to the email address you provided upon registration. Refunds will be credited back to the account which was used upon purchase.

What are the details of the Washington D.C. SpBCPET?
This Training will be led by instructors Gail Tully, Spinning Babies® Founder, and Jennifer Walker, Spinning Babies® Approved Trainer. Full venue and schedule details will be announced soon.
How will I know that my registration preference has been processed?
After you complete the request form, an email confirmation of your request will be sent to the email you provided. Any official transfers or refunds will occur after March 31, and you will also receive an email confirmation when they are completed by Spinning Babies®.
When will I receive the refund?
Refunds will occur after March 31, 2021. Please allow 5-7 business days for the refund to appear in your bank account after it is initiated by Spinning Babies®. You will receive an email from Maternity House Publishing, Inc. using a Stripe email address with this refund information.

If a registrant responds to the preferences form after March 31, 2021, are they guaranteed a spot in another training?
No, their spot is not guaranteed after that date. Any requests will be considered on a first-come, first-served basis as long as there is space available. Any registrants who do not respond in time and have their registration refunded automatically will need to purchase another registration for the event of their choice.
When will refunds be done by the Spinning Babies® office?
Refunds for requests submitted before March 31 will be initiated by April 2, 2021.
Refunds for anyone who did not respond with their preferences will occur two weeks later, on approximately April 15, 2021.
When will this transfer/refund offer expire?
This transfer or refund offer for the April 2021 Boston, MA CPET will expire on April 15, 2021.
When will the next events’ cancellation policies apply?
The cancellation policy for the training you choose to transfer to will apply once you’ve been transferred. Any subsequent requests for refunds will be issued except for the fee indicated in the cancellation policy.
If a registrant wants to transfer to Schladming CPET, what can we do?
We do not recommend signing up for the Schladming CPET unless a participant is already in Austria or close proximity to open borders currently, due to pandemic travel restrictions.
[If customer confirms this as preference] We will have to charge the difference in cost to account for the accommodations at the Schladming venue. The cost would be $600 for a shared room and an optional upcharge of $100 for a single room. Registration includes lodging for the nights 23, 24, 25 & 26 of August. All meals will be provided. Full access to the hotel spa during your stay.
