For this year's conference, we've developed an application process to streamline planning of agenda and collection of speaker materials. ALL interested parties must go through this process to be considered for 2021 conference; anyone requesting exception will be redirected back through the process.

FAQ:
- When is the application due? All application items must be submitted electronically by March 12, 2020. This includes both the presentation form and the Conflict of Interest Disclosure form.
- What if I don't have a Disclosure to make? You will still need to sign the disclosure form and indicate that you do not have a disclosure. Your application will not be considered unless a Disclosure form is signed and completed.
- Who can apply for 2021 Conference? 2021 Call for Abstracts is live until March 12. Please visit the Call for Abstracts site to apply and review guidelines.
- Why do I need to submit references/ post-test questions/ CV/ etc in my application? These application fields are required for continuing education accreditation, among other reasons. Specific information needs are shared in the form itself if you hover over the application fields.
- How do I write my learning objectives? We've pulled together some tips for Writing Winning Objectives, linked on the CFA webpage and here.
- Why do I need to submit my address? This information will be kept private and will not be shared. It will only used for internal conference-related purposes, such as agreements and necessary continuing education applications.
- Can you tell me about the theme for 2021 Conference - A New Paradigm in Birth? To learn more about this year’s theme, Integrating a New Paradigm in Birth, visit Call for Abstracts webpage.
- Do I need to submit my full presentation by March 12? No, only the Abstract application materials will need to be submitted by March 12. Notification of approved speakers will be sent out on April 2. If your application is accepted, you will then receive instructions on when and how to submit your full presentation materials. Your presentation materials will be due within approximately 4-6 weeks after approval.
- I need help with pulling together my abstract and application materials. Who can I contact? You may submit your request for assistance here and a support team member will respond as soon as possible.
