I purchased a video and did not get my login credentials.


Thank you for your purchase. We are very sorry you have not been able to view your video. You should have received an email titled “Access your video!” with instructions and login credentials. Please search All Mail for this email as it sometimes is filtered to promotions or spam folders. If you are unable to locate your information please contact info@spinningbabies.com.


I purchased a video, but when I try to access it on the Community site, I am prompted to repurchase it.


Try clearing your cache or using a different browser/incognito mode to access your video. If that does not work, please contact info@spinningbabies.com


When I try to log in to my account, I am not able to and it says my email is not valid. 


Make sure you are logging in to our Community.SpinningBabies.com site to access your video and not our regular SpinningBabies.com site. The log in credentials you received to access your video are only valid on the Community site. If you are still having trouble, please contact us at info@spinningbabies.com..


Where do I find my videos after purchase?


When you purchase one of our videos, you will receive an email titled, "Access your Video!" with instructions and login credentials. Once you log in to our Community site, you should see this page:

Any video you have purchased will appear under the heading "Videos" in color. Click on the image and you will be brought to a page where you can stream or download the video. If you do not see any images under "Videos", your device is likely having issues connecting to our site. Check your internet connection, or try accessing the site with another device.


I can't fast forward or rewind through my video.

This is a known issue we are investigating with the site that hosts our videos. If you are using a computer, you can use the arrow keys to fast forward (right arrow) and rewind (left arrow). Additionally, if you download the video, your computer's video manager may have better controls.


I purchased my video prior to August 2018 and cannot access it now.


If you have purchased a video before August 2018, the transaction would have been through Vimeo. Please login to your Vimeo account to see the videos you have purchased. If you no longer remember your login information, please contact Vimeo support. If you are still unable to access your video, please contact info@spinningbabies.com.
