When I click my eBook link, it says I have reached my download limit. What does this mean and what do I do?
If you have reached your download limit, please email us at info@spinningbabies.com.
As noted on your purchase receipt, you have a limited number of downloads of your eBook. Each time you click on the link will count towards this limit. Before closing out or clicking out of the PDF to another link, make sure that your file is saved to a local folder so you can access it again at any time. It's also good to open it on a device that you know you'll be able to save it to.
On some devices, the link will open into a pdf preview and you might need to press a download button either on the preview screen or on a menu. In other devices, when you click on the link, the file automatically gets saved into a Downloads folder.
When I click my eBook link, it says it's invalid and I can't download. What do I do?
Please email us at info@spinningbabies.com to get a new download link.
